Senior Adult Independent Living (Sail)

This program provides case management and in-home services to older adults and adults with disabilities who live in the community, qualify and need assistance with:

• Home delivered meals
• Personal care
• Attendant care
• Homemaking
• Adult day health care

To begin the enrollment process, please call the Area Agency on Aging's 24-hour Senior Help Line using the information provided below. By calling the Senior Help Line, you will be connected to an Information and Assistance Specialist who will help you identify the resources and services that will best meet your needs.
